Thanks to the wavy S-structure, the sports tape adheres perfectly to the skin and is particularly breathable, adaptable and stretchy. It effectively supports muscles and joints without restricting freedom of movement - ideal for rhythmic gymnastics, dancing, ballet and other high-performance sports.
The tape for kinesiotherapy has many applications and adheres well to the skin surface, with its effect being strongest in the first few days. The neutral, subtle beige color blends in with the skin and is perfect for competitions.

Application tips:
For best results, clean the affected skin area thoroughly before application and remove hair if necessary. Remember to apply the tape approx. 2-3 hours before the sports session, without touching the adhesive surface, and gently press down after application.
