The
category includes professional
hoops for rhythmic gymnastics
from world-famous manufacturers
such as Pastorelli, Sasaki, Chacott
and Venturelli. Professional hoops
are available in the diameters
from 60 to 90cm. The special
composition of plastic with the
addition of polyethylene improves
the elasticity as well as the
dynamic properties of the hoop
and helps to quickly restore its
round shape after deformation
during the execution of complex
elements.
FIG (Fédération
Internationale de Gymnastique)
approves hoops from 80 to 90cm.
The minimum weight of the hoop
for adult gymnasts (Senior) is
300g, for younger gymnasts
(Junior) 260g. In order for the
hoop to match the competition
leotard, it is decorated with a
light-colored tape. Several colors
can be combined. There is also
the possibility to decorate it with
an airbrush. The surface of the
hoop is then wrapped with an
adhesive tape that prevents
damage to the pattern or wear of
the color tape.
Care instructions
for hoops
The hoop as well as all other
equipment for rhythmic
gymnastics must be stored in a
