Processing time

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the order will be shipped within 5 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the dispatch period begins one day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of payment on delivery or purchase on account, the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a nationally recognized public holiday, the period will be extended by one working day.
