A roll of Tuloni self-adhesive fluo tape for hoops and clubs for rhythmic gymnastics. The winding-tape is thin, with paper base. The hue changes when exposed to light, creating a “Cat's Eye” effect. Can be combined with other colors and winding types. After application to the hoop or clubs, it is recommended to protect the winding with transparent tape.
